SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS

PRICES & TAXES
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) including 25% Danish tax (moms), but excluding freight and shipping expenses. If you live outside the European Union local import taxes may apply.

PAYMENT
At COPENHAGEN KASBAH Online Shop you can pay with PayPal or with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay. Your payment is processed secure by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with PayPal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Within 14 days you are allowed to return or exchange your order. Please write to service@copenhagenkasbah.com to receive your service ID-number before returning your order. The goods returned must be unused and with all original labels and tags attached.

DELIVERY METHOD
Danish orders: All orders are delivered by PostDanmark. International orders: All orders are delivered by PanNordic or TNT courier service. You are not able to choose your preferred delivery method yet. COPENHAGEN KASBAH decides which courier to use.

DELIVERY TIME
Danish orders: Usually 1-2 days. International orders: Depending on the destination, but usually 2-7 days. The above are estimated general delivery times and they are not guaranteed by either COPENHAGEN KASBAH or the carrier used.

LAWS, ACTS & REGULATIONS
Policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law, including the Danish E-commerce Act (E-handelsloven), the Danish Marketing Practices Act (Markedsføringsloven) and the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
